1.01 Summary and Introduction

A.-The following Sections refer to the applicable proposal(s)  addressed to Customer  and describes the product, submissions and terms for Service  with an adjusted Total cost which stated in the proposal, unless otherwise directed. Product is illustrated in the CAD drawings and scope of work such as: Field Measuring, Fabrication, Finishing Delivery and Installation of units as directed in PO by customer.  

B.-Extent of CoverageField Measuring, Fabrication, Finishing Delivery and Installation  units  described will be  manufactured as shown on the attached Computer Assisted  Drawings (CAD) being B & C’s  interpretation and intent of the  Architectural/Buyers  drawings. The  Shop Drawings show units which will be   fabricated in their entirety by B & C Awnings, Inc and their subsidiaries becoming “Scope Definitive” that is , legal documents  as in  1.04 and 3.12. B & C Awnings, Inc. hereby warrant that the products supplied and installed on the above named project,  are all in accord with the  approved submission drawings and specifications   reflecting  changes,, finishes together with methods of attachment   and anchors approved by the Owner/Contractor /Architect/ Agents   fulfilling  the requirements being the  final  adopted definitive contractual to the exclusion of all other specifications. All  these submissions are Scope Definitive   calculated to clarify and  form an addendum  defining the terms  of the contract –Items, sections, components, services and conditions   not specifically included in these submissions  or clearly  referred to as a B & C  “inclusions” on the  attached drawings or submissions  are  excluded from B & C’s scope of work, or intent for B & C  to provide, and  if required by the Buyer as a condition of B & C’s issue, and Buyers  acceptance of  submittals  it is now contractually agreed that all  exclusions  are to  be  provided  by  others at buyers  own expense or a change order issued for B & C to review, accept or reject at will without penalty.

E-Fabric Awnings For units with a fabric content see special Section 4.0 found towards the end .The details in Sec. 4 are designed to contain the more pertinent and major issues of fabric submissions packages however if conflicting terms or statements appear throughout these submissions the stricter apply and inure to the benefit of B&C Awnings Inc.
