3.02 Installation Work Hours

It is agreed and understood that normal noise levels of drilling hammering and cutting together with uninterrupted work hours of 7am thru 4pm are permitted and allowed on this project. Any work hours required outside these time zones will have additional cost impacts.

A. The units will be anchored to building sub-structure as indicated on the approved drawings.

B. On all projects, it is B & C’s intent to install  units “level” Experience demonstrates that the majority building has not been built correctly as plans and specs B & C will install the units in the best possible alignment go give the best optical appearance under the direction of the Project Manager. Receipt of all progress payments at the times specified on the contract is a condition of issue by B & C, acceptance by the Contractor, and continuity of performance by B & C to install as in 3.06 below.
