Admiralty Condiminium Complex, Foster City
Bathed in early morning sunlight, this 198 unit Admiralty Condominium Complex recieved a complete facade remodel. All the original decaying wood was replaced with life time Aluminum Sunshades, Trellises, Railings, Gates and Entry Canopies. These striking entry Canopies and Shade Structures displayed in the courtyard of the Complex consist of 4″x6″ and 5″x10″ extruded aluminum tubes with a 16 Ga. Perforated Aluminum Covers. The radius or framing on the Canopies can be fabricated to any dimensions and adds additional points of interest to the eye which is enhanced by warm powder coat finishes in a variety of tones. As an alternate, simulated Wood Grain or Fluoropolymer finishing with a twenty year warranty are also available.
